Oft werden wir bei BSL gefragt, ob man bei unseren 2-in-2 Auspuffanlagen ein Interferenzrohr braucht. Doch zuerst: Was ist überhaupt ein Interferenzrohr? Es handelt sich dabei um ein einfaches, flexibles Edelstahlrohr, das die beiden Auspuffrohre der 2-in-2 Anlage mit einander verbindet. Dieses Rohr ermöglicht es den beiden Zylindern, sich das Volumen der ganzen Auspuffanlage zu teilen. Die Verbindung der beiden Auspuffrohre ermöglicht den Gasausgleich und den besseren Durchlauf der Abgassäule, sowie eine bessere Verbrennung. Die Folge davon ist eine spürbare Leistungssteigerung in allen Drehzahlbereichen.

People often ask us at BSL whether our 2-into-2 exhaust systems need a crossover pipe. But first: What exactly is a crossover pipe? It's a simple, flexible stainless steel pipe that connects the two pipes of your 2-into-2 exhaust system to each other. This crossover pipe allows the individual cylinder to share the volume of the entire exhaust system. This connection of both pipes enables the gas exchange between the two cylinders, while enabling a faster exhaust flow at the same time. The burning of the fuel mixture is also much better. The result is a significant increase in power all through the power band.
